Gortite® VF Automated Machine Safety Doors – Automated Machine Safety Doors restrict access to hazardous operations while allowing the operator to maintain closer proximity to the work area, thus improving ergonomics and increasing productivity. Dynatect’s Gortite
® VF (Vertical Fabric) is designed to contain process driven hazards such as weld sparks, UV flash, and light debris. Unlike light curtains, an automated machine safety door allows closer location of the safeguarding device. Using the ANSI distance formula, the VF door limits the depth penetration factor and average approach speed. Use of this physical barrier with safety sensors can save up to 30 square feet of manufacturing space.

Precision Ground Ball Screws – Dynatect manufactures precision ground ball screws up to ANSI Class 3 specification with the best lead times in the industry. We’re experts in custom ball screws, large sizes, and ball screws with high repeatability. Our engineers assist with new ball screw designs,  improving existing designs, retrofi tting, and converting other types of screws. We can also reverse engineering your old part.

Precision Slip Clutches – Mechanical slip clutches are designed for accurate, repeatable torque with virtually no static friction. With an operating life of over 20 million revolutions in slip condition, these clutches operate smoothly and with reliable breakaway. Break-in period or lubrication is not required.
