Three different types of control devices are available: the DHRCJ joystick, the DHRCP foot pedal, and the DHRCD sectional valve. The control devices fit a wide range of equipment, finding use on equipment like

  • Excavators
  • Skid steer loaders
  • Backhoe loaders
  • Wheel loaders
  • Forklifts
  • Truck cranes
  • Aerial work platforms
  • Telehandlers
  • Drilling machinery

With over 30 years of experience in the industry developing hydraulic remote control systems, Danfoss hopes to provide new and prospective users with a robust lineup that provides reliable performance. The control devices have seen limited use already, but Danfoss is now ready to scale production, ensuring customers worldwide will gain access to the new equipment.

The controls are designed to be a low leakage option for users, including hysteresis with good linearity. This feature ensures that precise and repeatable equipment operation is guaranteed. Its robust design also makes certain a high-quality product with continued reliability.

DHRCJ joystick

Danfoss has designed its new hydraulic joysticks to offer operators exceptional versatility and ergonomic operation. Tailored options can provide users with high comfort and enhanced useability. The DHRCJ joystick valve's body and spool ensure smooth and precise operation while reducing internal leakage. The design is IP 69K rated to withstand the often extreme conditions heavy equipment is used in.

DHRCP pedal

Danfoss Hydraulic Foot Pedals are designed exclusively for off-highway vehicles. Each pedal type can be perfectly matched to ensure maximum comfort and control while providing high performance. The DHRCP pedal comes in seven variations, including single and double pedals, with options for five different bellows and seven body styles. The foot pedals are also rated to IP 69K for harsh conditions, with a rated flow of 20 liters per minute.
